COVID-19 Policy

The safety of realtors, homeowners, buyers and the staff of Ascend Photography is our highest priority. To ensure everyone’s safety during this time of a global pandemic, the following are the COVID-19 policies for all varieties of shoots - including Photography, Video Tours, 3D Matterport Tours or Aerial Imagery.

Please refer to these policies as well as the standard pre-shoot checklist prior to our arrival. If you have any questions, please reach out to Ascend Photography at your earliest convenience.

• Ascend Photography will follow the latest COVID-19 prevention guidelines set by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention as well as state and municipal health authorities.

• Property must be clean before we arrive. If there are any sanitation issues, we will notify the realtor and may have to re-schedule the shoot.

• It is critical that Ascend Photography is notified if anyone who occupies the property has tested positive for COVID-19 in the 10 days prior to the scheduled shoot, or if they are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms, such as fever, shortness of breath or cough.
